I'm a 20-year old recent college graduate, unemployed artist/activist with an obsessive love for all things Harry Potter, Buffy, and Sherlock-related.

Also constantly looking to find a broader feminist and progressive community, which has been recently lacking from my life.

Just rewatched Hounds for the 2nd (ok, 3rd) time and I definitely like it better now. I had originally thought Benedict Cumberbatch’s acting was a bit too over the top, especially in the fireplace scene, but looked at through the lens of an anxiety attack for a frantic-on-a-good-day Sherlock, it was actually played quite beautifully. Martin’s John was, of course, lovely. The only thing that still irks me is how cruel Sherlock was in experimenting on John. I hope they bring it up again next episode.

Faith = restored.

I’ve got my tissue boxes prepared for The Fall :(
